Account Manager (Forex Trading)

Location: On-site in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia

hirify.global provides online trading and investment services, including CFD trading products and platforms, with offices across three continents.

What you will do

• Promote and sell hirify.global products and services to new and existing clients.
• Identify prospects, generate client pipelines, and build long-term relationships.
• Provide responsive customer service across multiple communication channels.
• Resolve client inquiries and issues professionally.
• Work toward individual and team KPIs and sales targets.
• Develop knowledge of financial markets, the FX industry, and hirify.global platforms and products.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in the Forex industry.
• Experience in customer service, sales, outbound or inbound support, consulting, or a similar customer-focused environment is advantageous.
• Comfort making a high volume of outbound calls and engaging with diverse buyers.
• Strong communication, ownership, initiative, problem-solving, and results-oriented skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese, Malay, Indonesian, Filipino, or another Asian language.
• Previous experience in customer-focused roles.
