Consultant, Scrum Master (AI/MLOps)

Location: Hybrid role based in Columbus, Ohio, at Three hirify.global Plaza

Salary: $118,000–$178,000 expected starting annual salary range; national range of $118,000–$222,000

What you will do

• Facilitate effective Scrum and Agile ceremonies, including standups, planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach multiple Agile teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum values, empiricism, Kanban, Lean, and context-appropriate Agile practices.
• Identify and remove impediments, escalate risks, and coordinate delivery across dependencies, workstreams, and stakeholder groups.
• Support prioritization, release planning, capacity and demand visibility, and value-based decision-making.
• Use Planview and Jira to maintain work management, delivery tracking, metrics, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Guide teams practicing DevOps, DataOps, and AI/MLOps while promoting secure engineering, testing, automation, and delivery practices.

Requirements

• Must work in a hybrid office environment in Columbus, Ohio.
• Six or more years of Agile experience, including at least three years as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and enterprise Agile practices.
• At least three years of experience working with application lifecycle management tools.
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams, managing multiple teams, leading cross-team initiatives, and resolving conflicts.
• Undergraduate study in computer science, management information systems, mathematics, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe ScrumMaster, or Professional ScrumMaster certification.
• Technical background in software engineering.
