What you will do

• Guide multiple Scrum teams or complex teams in mature Scrum practices and scaled Agile environments.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, prioritization, sprint planning, retrospectives, team health checks, and continuous improvement.
• Use capacity, cycle time, sprint predictability, and other delivery metrics to improve planning and delivery confidence.
• Identify impediments and cross-team dependencies, coordinating with Product Owners, Product Managers, Release Train Engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters, facilitate Agile workshops, and contribute to the Scrum Master Community of Practice.
• Support organizational Agile maturity and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies, including scaled Agile practices.
• Experience supporting multiple Scrum teams or a single complex team with integrated technology stacks and external dependencies.
• Experience with backlog management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Rally, plus Agile metrics and reporting dashboards.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, product management practices, product roadmaps, and portfolio priorities.
• Strong facilitation, communication, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and at least 3 years of relevant professional experience; 5 or more years preferred.

• Master’s degree.
• PMP, Certified Scrum Master, or similar Agile certification.
