Sr Scrum Master

Salary: $126,490–$171,134 per year

What you will do

• Consult with Product Owners on product roadmaps, release plans, and strategic priorities.
• Lead multiple product teams and large, high-visibility initiatives throughout the product life cycle.
• Facilitate Scrum practices, team self-organization, cross-team collaboration, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Identify process improvements and establish efficient product management and delivery practices.
• Track budgets, risks, metrics, dependencies, and delivery progress across products.
• Communicate product and initiative status to stakeholders, internal customers, and senior executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years in a lead role on projects, Scrum teams, or business initiatives, including at least 3 years as a Scrum Master or in related work.
• Expertise in Agile practices, Scrum principles, iterative development, software development processes, and service-oriented environments.
• Strong organization, communication, facilitation, collaboration, influence, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to manage and resolve conflicting priorities effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban environments.
• Certified Scrum Master or similar certification.
• Experience with risk mitigation, performance metrics, complex organizational initiatives, and financial management.
• Knowledge of test-driven development, incremental development, technical change management, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
