Sr Market Development Professional (TRICARE)

Location: In person at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida; U.S. citizenship required. Candidates currently living in Puerto Rico cannot be hired.

Salary: $78,400–$107,800 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Support the administration and delivery of TRICARE services.
• Provide subject matter expertise across service delivery, provider, beneficiary, government stakeholder, and network matters.
• Coordinate operational activities and resolve service-related issues.
• Support network management and development initiatives.
• Analyze data and use findings to guide operational decisions and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required under the Department of Defense contract.
• Interim approval for a government security clearance is required, including the NBIS background investigation process.
• Experience in network management and development.
• Experience in managed care, data analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience improving customer satisfaction.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• TRICARE or Military Health System experience.
