What you will do

• Lead deployment, installation, upgrade, and strategic rollout programs for the Service business.
• Develop and govern deployment methodologies, labour models, technical standards, and operating processes.
• Evaluate deployment activities, coordinate site surveys and technical assessments, and prepare scopes of work.
• Assess contracted scope, prepare quotations for variations, and obtain commercial approvals.
• Appoint and support Lead Technicians while coordinating with planning, sales, product, field operations, and service teams.
• Conduct quality audits, monitor operational metrics, and use technology, automation, and AI to improve performance.

Requirements

• Experience managing deployment and installation operations in a rapidly changing environment.
• Leadership skills focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Strong project coordination experience, including technical planning, site evaluation, and quality assurance.
• Ability to create comprehensive documentation and manage commercial aspects of deployment work.
• Effective communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Experience applying technology, automation, and AI to improve operational performance, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and governance.
