Operations Project Lead (iGaming)

Location: Melbourne, Australia; full-time work at the Melbourne office

What you will do

• Lead operational projects from scoping through outcome measurement across VIP, Customer Operations, Responsible Gaming, Sportsbook and Casino.
• Own project roadmaps, plans, timelines, dependencies and resourcing across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Deliver projects in regulated markets in partnership with Compliance and senior stakeholders, maintaining jurisdictional alignment and audit readiness.
• Manage, mentor and develop team members while allocating work and building delivery capability.
• Maintain SOPs, process documentation and delivery frameworks across regulated and non-regulated operations.
• Facilitate reporting cadences, steering forums and leadership check-ins, escalating risks and supporting expansion into new regulatory environments.

Requirements

• Proven success delivering operational or business projects in fast-paced or complex environments.
• Strong experience developing SOPs, frameworks and process documentation.
• Experience directly managing and developing team members.
• Ability to run multiple concurrent initiatives to time, scope and quality.
• Strong project management, change management and communication skills, including influence with senior stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Confluence, Jira and Notion, with strong commercial and operational acumen.
