What you will do
- Lead the delivery of major data centre and mission-critical infrastructure developments across the full project lifecycle.
- Direct multidisciplinary teams and act as the Principal's Representative for key stakeholders.
- Establish governance frameworks, oversee compliance, and proactively manage project risks.
- Lead budgets, cashflow, procurement strategies, financial reporting, and programme delivery.
- Oversee design finalisation, authority approvals, regulatory compliance, and community engagement.
- Embed safety-first practices, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement in design, programme, safety, and cost methodologies.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex projects and teams in data centres, mission-critical infrastructure, or highly serviced infrastructure sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in property development, construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
- Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulatory approvals, and authority processes.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to empower high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
