Revenue Operations Analyst

What you will do

• Design, test, and maintain AI-enabled workflows for reporting, data extraction, and routine operational tasks.
• Analyze pipeline activity, pricing, contract terms, and deal performance to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, and related tools.
• Monitor data quality and integrity in Salesforce and support data-cleanup initiatives.
• Support annual and quarterly forecasting by compiling, reviewing, and validating data.
• Document reporting processes, data workflows, and AI-enabled automations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• One to three years of relevant experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analysis, data analytics, or a related area; relevant internship or co-op experience may count.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with datasets, reports, and dashboards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Salesforce and Power BI experience is preferred.
• Interest in applying AI and automation tools to business processes.
• Strong attention to detail, clear communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
