Business Operations Analyst

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; hybrid

What you will do

• Consolidate monthly order and revenue actuals by business type, customer, country, and other required views.
• Reconcile results with official financial reporting and investigate material differences.
• Maintain order and revenue outlooks, backlog data, and reporting in Anaplan Lite and Quickbase.
• Coordinate accrual and revenue-recognition activities with project managers, billing, operations, and controllers.
• Maintain financial and operational data in Quickbase and Salesforce, including opportunities, purchase orders, and historical reporting.
• Support order management, sales compensation, data validation, and process improvements across Sales, Finance, Services, Billing, and business leadership.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in business operations, financial analysis, sales operations, revenue operations, finance, or a related analytical role.
• Experience working with revenue, orders, financial actuals and outlooks, accruals, purchase orders, backlog, or similar commercial data.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and advanced spreadsheet or reporting tools.
• Experience collaborating across Sales, Finance, Services or Operations, Billing, and Controllers in a deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Quickbase and Anaplan.
• Experience with sales compensation data, calculations, administration, or reporting.
• Experience with purchase order management, order booking, backlog tracking, revenue recognition, or accrual processes in a global B2B organization.
• Experience supporting Power BI dashboards and improving data quality, controls, or recurring business processes.
