MedTech Senior Professional Sales Representative (Surgery)

What you will do

• Manage territory sales across assigned hospital accounts.
• Provide field service and customer support.
• Conduct product in-service sessions, product evaluations, and new product launches.
• Share business conditions and competitive activity with marketing and sales management.
• Negotiate pricing and establish hospital contracts.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, purchasing personnel, and administrators while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

• University degree or higher.
• Good command of Mandarin, Taiwanese, and English.
• Strong logical thinking and business sense.
• Experience in the medical field is advantageous.
• Experience with sales territory management, stakeholder engagement, relationship building, and accountability.
