Associate Manager - SGM (Medical Devices)

Location: Taipei City, Taiwan; onsite sales role

What you will do

• Develop customer engagement and sales strategies for Sterile Container Systems.
• Plan and conduct onsite product demonstrations and trials for hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Perform cost-benefit analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, and value-based presentations for hospital projects.
• Gather requirements from end-users and hospital stakeholders, prepare quotations, and negotiate prices.
• Manage product delivery, installation, commissioning, invoicing, and project handover.
• Support sales representatives with small- to mid-scale hospital projects and account development.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Strong operating room and CSSD domain knowledge.
• Experience in hospital project management and budget management.
• Strong understanding of hospital sales and purchasing processes.
• Ability to build relationships with nurses and key hospital stakeholders, develop sales pipelines, and identify opportunities.
• Business-level English required for regular collaboration with regional teams.
