Process Engineer (Onsite)

Location: Senai, Johor, Malaysia; onsite

What you will do

• Define, develop, and validate manufacturing processes for new product introduction.
• Specify, develop, and validate manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor mass-production processes, analyze yield issues, and optimize process performance.
• Own process design, verification, and sustaining activities throughout the product life cycle.
• Collaborate with product design teams and multiple contract manufacturers in Malaysia.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 5–8 years of relevant product or process engineering experience with high-volume consumer electronic products.
• Proficiency in industrial engineering fundamentals, cycle-time measurement, and line balancing.
• Experience with manufacturing process development, validation, and production yield analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation equipment.
• Formal Six Sigma training.
