Maintenance Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead technicians supporting maintenance objectives and build a high-performing maintenance team.
• Maintain front-of-line production equipment, including die attach, wire bond, junction coat, cure oven, and related automation systems.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and emergency equipment support to minimize production downtime.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment uptime, reliability, OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.
• Support equipment installation, qualification, commissioning, technology transfers, modifications, automation, and reliability improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams while managing spare parts, documentation, calibration, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• 3–8 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, preferably in front-of-line processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, servo, and automation systems.
• Experience with semiconductor assembly equipment such as die attach, wire bond, cure oven, or junction coat systems.
• Knowledge of TPM, preventive and predictive maintenance, FMEA, root cause analysis, OEE, MTBA, MTBF, MTTR, SPC, Lean, and Six Sigma.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment documentation; AutoCAD, machine design, product technology, and project management knowledge is required.
