Vice President, Finance (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Lead teams across Financial Control, Financial Operations, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Act as the CFO’s deputy and represent the CFO during periods of leave.
• Oversee outsourced and offshore finance teams and ensure alignment with Group requirements.
• Lead statutory reporting, audits, internal controls, financing undertakings, and risk management practices.
• Own financial operations and systems, including the ERP and Integrated Business Planning system.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial strategy, due diligence, valuation, transaction structuring, asset monetisation, and capital recycling initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience as Deputy CFO or second-in-command to the CFO of a large company, or as CFO of a medium-sized company.
• Experience scaling organisations through improved processes, technology, and outsourced capabilities.
• Commercial, pragmatic, collaborative leadership style with a strong focus on outcomes and value creation.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and work effectively with Blackstone.
• Strong people leadership skills, including team development and talent building.
• Enterprise perspective with an understanding of broader business strategy and priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in property, funds management, or infrastructure.
• Experience in private equity-backed or institutionally owned companies.
