Location: Hybrid, based in Surry Hills, NSW or Richmond, VIC, Australia

What you will do
- Act as a commercial finance advisor to department heads across Food, Bars, and Accommodation.
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance insights from complex financial data.
- Evaluate category pricing and promotional activity and advise on commercial risks and opportunities.
- Support supplier negotiations and manage P&L line items and category costs.
- Partner with Commercial, Operations, and FP&A teams on annual budget submissions.
- Streamline reporting, optimize systems, and introduce innovative ways of working.
Requirements
- CA or CPA qualification.
- At least 5 years of relevant commercial finance experience.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Tableau, TM1, and Google reporting tools.
- Ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear narratives for diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, resilient, and customer-centric approach to cross-functional problem-solving.
