Associate Director Settlements and Reconciliation Governance (Telecommunications)

Location: NSW, Australia; hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days working remotely

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end governance of usage processing from network switching through mediation, rating, billing, and reconciliation.
• Oversee reconciliation controls and resolve issues affecting customers.
• Lead wholesale rating and settlement activities across domestic interconnect, international and domestic roaming, and third-party vendors.
• Develop financial control frameworks for validating settlements and protecting revenue and cost integrity.
• Maintain operational controls and ensure compliance with telecommunications regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Expertise in billing platforms, rating systems, mediation environments, and revenue assurance controls.
• Strong leadership and financial management skills.
• A financial control mindset.
• Experience leading automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in the telecommunications industry.
