What you will do

• Lead the Australia Asset Services strategy across Transfer Agency, Middle Office, and Fund Administration.
• Own end-to-end operational delivery, service quality, client outcomes, and financial performance across all service pillars.
• Drive business growth through product expansion, bundled service models, client pitches, and RFP participation.
• Oversee risk management, governance, audit, compliance, and regulatory obligations involving ASIC, APRA, tax, and financial reporting.
• Lead operating model transformation, platform modernization, automation, digital innovation, and regulatory change programs.
• Represent Australia in executive, client, industry, and regulatory forums while developing a high-performing multidisciplinary organization.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Asset Services, Fund Administration, or Transfer Agency leadership.
• Deep expertise in fund accounting, investor services, middle office operations, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience leading large-scale operations, transformation programs, and global operating models.
• Strong commercial judgment, strategic leadership, risk and control orientation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Ability to integrate complex operating models while maintaining operational excellence and client focus.
