What you will do

• Support end-to-end financial governance for transformation initiatives.
• Maintain and review initiative financials in Wave, including actuals, forecasts, annualized values, benefits, and bankable plan alignment.
• Identify data-quality issues, forecast anomalies, timing variances, and discrepancies in initiative value.
• Coordinate period-close and forecasting inputs and ensure consistent reporting of financial impacts.
• Prepare analysis and materials for finance reviews, productivity discussions, EVA sessions, and Steering Committee or senior leadership updates.
• Coordinate follow-up actions, support L5 approval readiness, and maintain finance governance documentation and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, transformation, value creation, operational finance, or business performance management.
• Strong financial analysis skills, including forecasting, initiative valuation, recurring benefits, and variance analysis.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority and resolving data inconsistencies.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to work in or be based in Irving, Texas, USA.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA.
• Experience with Power BI, Wave, transformation tracking systems, or similar reporting platforms.
