Finance Business Partner - Programs

Location: Onsite in Buffalo, New York, United States

Salary: $140,000–$175,000 annually

What you will do

• Partner with program, engineering, planning, and finance leaders to support strategic objectives and program commitments.
• Develop program financial metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve visibility into performance.
• Support forecasting, estimates at completion, cost performance monitoring, and risk and opportunity assessments.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including journal entries, reporting, and financial reviews.
• Analyze results and prepare variance reports against forecasts, plans, budgets, and prior periods.
• Identify process improvements, automate manual reporting, and present financial insights and recommendations to leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• At least seven years of experience in finance, accounting, and/or auditing.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex spreadsheets, advanced functions, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to resolve complex financial issues, adapt to changing priorities, and build customer-centric relationships.
• Ability to work onsite in Buffalo, New York. Access to U.S. export-controlled information is required.
