Recruiter, Field Operations

Location: Remote in Toronto, Canada

Salary: CA$75,000–CA$95,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Source qualified talent in a highly competitive recruiting market.
• Partner with the Head of Talent and operations team to understand hiring objectives.
• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with field operations hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates.
• Deliver a high-quality, holistic candidate experience.
• Use networking, events, marketing, and other creative sourcing techniques to attract talent.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience with a strong focus on sourcing.
• Demonstrated success recruiting field operations talent, including operators and technicians.
• Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or another ATS.
• Experience working in fast-growing, quickly scaling startups.
