Talent Operations Manager (Construction)

Location: DFW market; must live in the Dallas area. Hybrid, in-person role based at the Richardson office 3–4 days per week; not remote.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually, plus $10,000–$15,000 equity and a $10,000–$15,000 bonus.

Buildforce recruits and places electricians on commercial construction projects while supporting candidates and customers through its platform.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end sourcing, interviewing, pay negotiation, and placement of electricians for commercial construction projects.
• Build and manage a high-quality local talent pool while achieving monthly placement and retention goals.
• Coach electrician candidates through the Buildforce process, including profile completion and use of the Buildforce App.
• Manage operational documentation and administrative requirements across complex commercial construction job sites.
• Support electricians and customers through email, text, chat, and phone interactions, resolving issues and recommending solutions.
• Run the DFW market in partnership with the Account Executive, Sales, Support, Product, and Talent Operations teams.

Requirements

• High-velocity, full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with 200+ weekly touches or 20+ weekly interviews.
• Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills required.
• Experience in staffing, construction, blue-collar, or light industrial recruiting is strongly preferred.
• Small-business or early-stage company experience, with the ability to work independently in an evolving environment.
• Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable troubleshooting new tools and operating with ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Two or more years in a single role, demonstrating persistence through challenges.
• Experience managing full-cycle, high-volume recruiting rather than only sourcing or interviewing.
