Billing and Collections Analyst

Location: Manila, hybrid (in-office and from home)

What you will do

• Support customers with invoice, payment, and collections queries through chat and voice calls.
• Resolve customer cases within agreed service levels and quality standards.
• Support Autopay adoption for retail customers.
• Retrieve missing remittances for received payments and process service cancellations and currency changes.
• Execute collection actions, including reminders and suspensions, in line with policy.
• Keep customer data updated in CRM and billing systems and support additional team duties.

Requirements

• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Experience in billing, collections, or customer support in a call centre or contact centre environment.
• Experience with Salesforce, Zuora, Tesorio, or similar systems.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Ability to collaborate closely, share ideas, and communicate respectfully.
