Billing Analyst

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid working arrangement with 2 days working from home. The office is located in Ortigas.

What you will do

• Process billing opportunities for assigned hirify.global business verticals and acquired entities.
• Assess the revenue impact of billing and credits, including deferred revenue implications.
• Identify, track, and resolve billing issues, discrepancies, and client disputes.
• Coordinate contracts, order documents, fee schedules, renewals, and client requests with Legal, Sales, and Finance.
• Maintain accurate client information in the billing system to support invoice delivery.
• Recommend improved billing processes and participate in cross-training and department projects.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and high-volume billing requests.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of billing systems and ability to resolve discrepancies.
• Good communication, organization, prioritization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; a Finance background is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work reliably both independently and as part of a team.
