Growth Marketing Lead (EMEA)

Location: Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in one of our European offices (London, Paris, Munich, Amsterdam, or Warsaw)

What you will do

• Define and execute the EMEA growth strategy, owning KPIs from awareness through to pipeline.
• Lead and mentor a team of two marketers, setting clear goals and supporting career development.
• Manage the EMEA digital media budget and forecast, ensuring ROI across SEM, paid social, and display channels.
• Collaborate with RevOps to build and optimize growth infrastructure, including lead routing and attribution.
• Analyze funnel performance and channel metrics to provide actionable insights for business planning.
• Oversee agency and vendor relationships to ensure alignment with regional marketing objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital strategy.
• Proven track record of managing full-funnel strategy across SEO, SEM, and partner networks.
• Deep understanding of EMEA market nuances and regional strategy adaptation.
• Experience with marketing automation, web analytics, and signal-based marketing.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to align marketing activities with revenue goals.
• Must be able to work from an assigned European office at least 3 days per week.
