What you will do

• Build a strong understanding of Brazil’s medical education system, examination structure, and differences between students and physicians.
• Adapt global messaging to local cultural and linguistic contexts.
• Plan and execute multichannel campaigns across CRM, paid social, SEM, SEO, and organic social, including Meta and WhatsApp.
• Monitor and optimize acquisition, activation, and retention funnels using campaign data.
• Own projects end to end and collaborate with global teams to create scalable marketing practices for Brazil.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in Brazil.
• Strong understanding of multichannel marketing, including CRM, paid social, SEM, SEO, and social media.
• Experience developing marketing strategies, positioning, value propositions, and localized messaging.
• Ability to design and execute impactful initiatives with limited data.
• Strategic and operational approach, strong ownership, reliability, and effective stakeholder communication.
• Excellent Brazilian Portuguese and English communication skills.
