Growth Marketing Specialist (LATAM)

Location: Remote from Colombia; Colombia commercial market

What you will do

• Develop localized growth strategies for Spanish-speaking Latin American markets.
• Build market knowledge covering local exam systems, education structures, and the needs of students and physicians.
• Adapt global messaging to local cultural, linguistic, and behavioral contexts.
• Plan and execute campaigns across CRM, paid social, SEM, SEO, and organic social, including Meta and WhatsApp.
• Monitor and optimize acquisition, activation, and retention funnels using data.
• Manage projects end to end and collaborate with CRM, Performance Marketing, Creative, and Product teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience in SaaS or B2C environments in Latin America.
• Strong knowledge of multichannel marketing, including CRM, paid social, SEM, SEO, and social media.
• Experience developing marketing strategies, positioning, value propositions, and localized messaging.
• Ability to design and execute initiatives using limited data.
• Strategic and operational mindset with strong project ownership and execution skills.
• Excellent Spanish and English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Portuguese language skills.
• Experience with region-specific channels such as Meta and WhatsApp.
