What you will do

• Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, inventory, bookkeeping, planning, and policy compliance.
• Manage store sales, profitability, budgets, supplies, merchandising, and promotional initiatives.
• Recruit, schedule, coach, develop, and retain associates.
• Monitor performance and deliver high-quality customer and patient experiences.
• Partner with the Doctor on patient care and conduct store audits.
• Maintain accurate reporting, associate records, facility standards, and safety compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of retail experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the optical industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build strong associate relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, customer service, and business performance skills.
• Some duties may require specific state licenses or credentials.
