Project Delivery Leader (Pega/Cloud)

What you will do

• Lead Pega implementation projects from initiation and planning through execution, go-live, and post-launch support.
• Support sales and account teams with solution design, effort estimation, delivery expertise, and value propositions.
• Own client relationships throughout the project lifecycle and advise stakeholders on strategic technology decisions.
• Oversee cloud migration engagements from legacy systems to Pega Cloud or client-managed AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Manage scope, budget, schedules, change control, risks, and overall project governance.
• Identify client business challenges and recommend Pega-based solutions for continued value and account expansion.

Requirements

• Extensive project or program management experience in enterprise software or technology consulting.
• Proven experience supporting pre-sales, solutioning, estimation, and stakeholder presentations.
• Demonstrated success managing the full cloud migration lifecycle from assessment through stabilization.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, with AWS preferred, and familiarity with Pega Platform, Pega Cloud, or Pega GenAI.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Evidence of using AI tools for planning, risk identification, communication, or delivery artifacts.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with Pega delivery methodology and AI-powered delivery tools.
