Senior Project Manager (PeopleSoft PUM Upgrades & OCI Migration)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end governance and delivery of PeopleSoft PUM upgrade and OCI migration programs.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, change requests, and project quality.
• Oversee Oracle Consulting and other vendor deliverables, contractual obligations, milestones, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate PeopleSoft fit-gap analysis, customization retrofits, testing, training, deployment, and go-live readiness.
• Lead migration planning, cutover execution, disaster recovery, security, infrastructure readiness, and post-production stabilization.
• Report project status and recommendations to executive leadership and steering committees.

Requirements

• 15+ years of project management experience in enterprise ERP environments and 10+ years of PeopleSoft delivery experience.
• Proven experience managing PeopleSoft PUM and PeopleTools upgrades and migrations to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture, PeopleTools, PUM, Lifecycle Management, Change Assistant, Oracle Database, WebLogic, and Integration Broker.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, disaster recovery, performance optimization, budgets, and risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders, steering committees, system integrators, and vendors.

Nice to have

• PMP, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Experience with HCM, FSCM, ELM, public sector, higher education, healthcare, or large enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of cloud security, high-availability architectures, procurement, contract management, and vendor governance.
