What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, governance, and delivery of an MVP platform for federal data analytics and AI modernization.
• Manage integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, issues, assumptions, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate data integration, AI/ML, analytics, cybersecurity, user interface, and other technical workstreams.
• Lead Agile development activities, iterative delivery cycles, sprint demonstrations, status reviews, working sessions, and executive briefings.
• Coordinate collaboration among OMB, pilot agencies, federal stakeholders, vendors, and multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Oversee documentation, user feedback integration, contractor performance, quality assurance, and compliance with federal security, privacy, accessibility, and records management requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business, management information systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years managing complex technology implementation projects and 5+ years supporting Federal Government programs.
• Experience managing full software development lifecycle projects and leading cross-functional technical teams in Agile environments.
• Experience with data integration, analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise platform implementations.
• Strong risk management, stakeholder management, executive communication, integrated scheduling, and project planning skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required, and the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret eligibility is required. An active TS clearance is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• PMP or Scrum Master certification, including CSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP.
• Experience with OMB, federal financial management, grants management, budget execution, or mission analytics programs.
• Experience managing AI/ML, analytics, data modernization, on-premises, or hybrid cloud initiatives.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST 800-53, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Rancher, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Java, or .NET.
