Portfolio Analyst Fixed Income

Location: In office at 400 North Roxbury Drive, Beverly Hills, California, US 90210

Salary: $65,296–$104,304 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Support senior fixed income portfolio managers with data gathering, analysis, reporting, presentations, and administrative tasks.
• Prepare standard and customized reports and analysis for internal colleagues and current or prospective clients.
• Maintain and expand economic databases and related charts.
• Monitor client portfolios and report investment performance and benchmark indices.
• Coordinate with research and investment management teams to reflect strategy accurately in client portfolios.
• Conduct ad hoc research and analytical projects and present topics during daily market calls and weekly strategy meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least four years of computer experience with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• At least one year of experience in a professional team environment.
• Experience in finance, preferably investment management and services; relevant internship experience is considered.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to learn proprietary trading, portfolio accounting, and bond analytics systems; interest in developing Python or R programming skills.
