Clincial Sales Associate (Medical Devices)

Location: Busan, South Korea; remote work is available, with onsite attendance when requested by the leader; travel up to 50% may be required.

Develops and supports the da Vinci robotic surgical system, a medical device designed to improve surgical precision and patient outcomes.

What you will do

• Work with clinical sales representatives to develop strategies that increase utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Train operating-room staff in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative system management.
• Develop clinical plans that enable surgical teams to use the system independently.
• Support regional sales and marketing events, presentations, and procedure-adoption initiatives.
• Build relationships with hospitals, surgeons, and clinical thought leaders to expand the user base and sales pipeline.
• Report sales and procedure outcomes, manage expenses, and support instrument and accessory sales.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated achievement and leadership.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasive communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, depending on account distribution.
• Prior sales experience is preferred.
