Focus on developing territory plans, engaging key opinion leaders, conducting field visits, and supporting improved patient outcomes in Seoul or Busan.

Location: Seoul or Busan, South Korea; domestic travel, including regional areas such as Busan, is required.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans across hospitals and healthcare institutions.
  • Deliver value-based product presentations and build relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct field visits, gather market insights, monitor demand, and identify business opportunities.
  • Provide in-service training and product education to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to support business planning.
  • Collaborate on account management and channel execution while resolving customer issues.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of sales and marketing experience in a healthcare company.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Experience with medical devices in university hospital operating rooms, especially neurosurgery or radiology, is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated sales performance and key opinion leader engagement.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, ownership, and customer relationship skills.
  • Fluent Korean and working-level English are required. Proficiency in MS Office is also required.
