Product Specialist (AEC/VDC)

Location: Remote, USA; U.S.-based candidates required

Salary: $110K–$130K base, 0.05%–0.15% equity, and up to $15K bonus, plus uncapped commission.

What you will do

• Lead pre-sales discovery, configure tailored demonstrations, and validate hirify.global’s value and return on investment for enterprise prospects.
• Advise VDC directors, BIM managers, and digital delivery leads on project data strategy, BIM execution, model coordination, and interoperability.
• Build and maintain sales enablement collateral, technical guides, reference materials, and enterprise pilot processes.
• Own the monthly webinar and event program, including content planning, speaker sourcing, and session delivery.
• Capture customer problems and workflow patterns to inform product development and connect Growth with Product.
• Document the sales engineering playbook and create workflow templates that improve onboarding, activation, and conversion.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of expert-level experience in VDC, digital delivery, or BIM coordination at a general contractor, design firm, or engineering consultancy.
• Hands-on experience owning model coordination, clash detection, federation, QA/QC, and project data workflows.
• Practical familiarity with AEC/VDC tools such as Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, Civil 3D, Rhino, Plant 3D, OpenPlant, Power BI, or IFC workflows.
• Ability to navigate APIs, connectors, and data pipelines and configure technical solutions in customer environments.
• Strong discovery, presentation, communication, and enterprise customer engagement skills.
• Comfort working in an ambiguous, early-stage environment and building processes from the ground up.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or having built solutions with it.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles as a solutions engineer, pre-sales consultant, or technical account manager.
