AI Product Manager

Location: US; remote

Salary: $108,900–$136,000 annually plus an annual bonus

What you will do

• Own a defined feature set from problem definition through release and adoption measurement.
• Translate customer needs and product usage data into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation to reduce manual effort, defining data inputs, model behavior, failure modes, and user controls.
• Partner daily with engineering and design in an Agile/Scrum environment to refine the backlog and manage scope trade-offs.
• Conduct customer interviews and usability sessions, analyze product usage data, and turn evidence into roadmap recommendations.
• Support go-to-market activities, including release notes, demos, internal training, and enablement materials.

Requirements

• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into scoped, testable work and maintain a clear product point of view.
• Ability to make technically sound decisions about APIs, data flows, service dependencies, and integrations.
• Ability to use AI tools for research synthesis, prototyping, requirements drafting, and high-volume customer feedback analysis.
• Ability to distinguish valuable, trusted AI workflow improvements from ineffective applications of AI.
• Ability to make evidence-based decisions using product usage data and direct customer research.
• Ability to independently own a scope of work, manage dependencies, and keep a Scrum team supplied with well-understood work.
