Senior Product Consultant (BIM/AEC)

Location: Germany, hybrid; occasional travel within the DACH region and across Europe.

What you will do

• Deliver product training, workshops, webinars, and consulting sessions online and on-site.
• Support pre-sales through product presentations, customer meetings, trade fairs, pilot projects, and technical demonstrations.
• Advise customers on BIM workflows, implementation, process optimization, and technical troubleshooting.
• Translate customer needs into structured feedback for Product Management and Development.
• Create training and consulting materials using AI tools for content creation, presentation design, video editing, and AEC model analysis.
• Review Statements of Work, maintain content quality, and support enterprise customers across Europe.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification with a strong AEC and software background.
• Solid practical experience with Allplan and a strong understanding of AEC processes and BIM workflows.
• Experience delivering training sessions, workshops, seminars, or webinars for AEC or software users.
• Customer consulting experience with the ability to identify challenges and provide technically sound solutions.
• Confident communication in German and English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the DACH region.

• Allplan experience in customer projects, implementation projects, or consulting environments.
