What you will do

• Lead growth, capability, savings, product launch, and supply chain projects from charter through final implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, engineering, R&D, product supply, and other business functions.
• Define project deliverables, scope, resources, schedules, budgets, and charter constraints with stakeholders.
• Prepare data analysis and critical assessments to support timely leadership decisions.
• Identify project risks, develop contingency plans, and maintain clarity across integrated project activities.
• Own project management processes, coach colleagues, and advance functional knowledge through mentoring.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience leading projects or working in product supply organizations.
• Strong business and project leadership skills, including the ability to manage across organizational levels without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, listening, self-direction, accountability, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an engineering or technical degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of FMCG functions such as manufacturing, logistics, R&D, regulatory, finance, and marketing.
• Knowledge of stage-gate processes and project management practices.

Nice to have

• Consumer packaged goods industry experience.
• Project management certification or professional project management education.
