Project Manager (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate Non-Amgen Sponsored Clinical Research activities from proposal receipt through study close-out.
• Manage one or more investigator-sponsored study portfolios, including multi-regional studies.
• Coordinate proposal, protocol, amendment, and governance reviews with sponsor and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate contracts, confidentiality agreements, fair market value assessments, regulatory documents, and sponsor submissions.
• Coordinate clinical supply setup and continuity, including temperature excursions and product complaints.
• Track, archive, reconcile, and update essential study documentation and source systems.

Requirements

• Experience in project management within clinical research or clinical development.
• Ability to coordinate investigator-sponsored studies, research partner studies, and expanded access activities.
• Experience collaborating with sponsors, medical, legal, regulatory, quality, supply chain, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to manage study documentation, submissions, contracts, governance meetings, and milestone tracking.
• Role is listed as remote in the United Kingdom, with Reading specified as the location.
