What you will do

• Lead the full operation of a five-star luxury resort and uphold exceptional product, service, and guest experience standards.
• Develop strategic business plans aligned with ownership investment objectives and the hotel's long-term direction.
• Drive revenue, sales, marketing, financial performance, cost control, and operational results.
• Build strong relationships with owners, community stakeholders, management, and colleagues.
• Handle VIP guests and apply international protocols for government officials and royalty.
• Lead renovation initiatives, continuous improvement, innovation, and organizational development.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a General Manager in a luxury hotel environment.
• Experience managing resorts and building strong service and quality cultures.
• Fluent English required.
• Demonstrated experience in owner relations, strategic leadership, people management, and organizational development.
• Strong expertise in hospitality operations, sales, marketing, revenue management, and financial performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, prioritization, and presentation skills, with an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset.
