What you will do

• Support the General Manager with the club’s commercial and operational performance.
• Coach, motivate, recruit, onboard and develop colleagues.
• Support memberships, Personal Training, secondary spend, sales conversion and member growth.
• Monitor KPIs, improve profitability and support local marketing initiatives.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience, resolve concerns and support retention.
• Maintain club standards for cleanliness, presentation, safety, policies and daily operations.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in fitness, leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver business results.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, commercial and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Pool plant and Health & Safety experience may be relevant to club operations.

Nice to have

• Level 2 Fitness Qualification.
• Experience in a gym, health club or leisure environment.
• Knowledge of membership sales, retention and fitness operations.
