General Manager (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Lead daily hospitality operations and maintain high standards for drinks, store presentation, and customer experience.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-potential team of baristas and future leaders.
• Build an engaged team through a welcoming environment and regular team events.
• Plan shifts, balance labour productivity with demand, and manage inventory, ordering, and waste.
• Identify and execute initiatives that increase store sales and improve operational performance.
• Roll out new initiatives, test ideas, and collaborate with the Operations Manager and headquarters on pilots.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading operations in high-growth hospitality or consumer brands.
• Experience as a hospitality manager in high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to build, train, and lead a team from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, labour planning, and inventory management.
• Hands-on, highly action-oriented approach with a passion for coffee, matcha, and customer experience.
