TL;DR
Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (Voice AI): Building, deploying, and scaling voice AI and LLM-powered applications for enterprise customers across APAC with an accent on customer-facing solution design, production engineering, and technical integrations. Focus on owning deployments end to end, designing production-ready architectures, solving complex customer problems, and improving the platform through product feedback.
Location: Singapore or Hong Kong; on-site. Travel across APAC is required as needed.

What you will do
- Own enterprise customer projects from initial requirements through production deployment.
- Build and deploy voice AI and LLM-powered applications.
- Develop production integrations and systems using Python or JavaScript.
- Work directly with technical and non-technical customers to design solutions and run technical demos.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to solve customer problems and address product gaps.
- Support ’s growth across APAC and travel to customer locations as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as FDE, Solutions Engineer, Technical PM, CSE, or Support Engineer.
- Strong software engineering skills in Python or JavaScript.
- Experience with AI/LLM systems or other complex technical products.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Fluent Mandarin and English required.
- Must be based in Singapore or Hong Kong and able to travel across APAC.
