Area Manager - SYD (Aviation Operations)

What you will do

• Lead, plan, and direct airport operations across the area.
• Set and achieve safety, security, financial, quality, service, and operational objectives.
• Build relationships with airline and handling partners, local authorities, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage airport workforce engagement, performance, development, succession planning, and resource utilization.
• Monitor airport and area performance against budgets, KPIs, SPIs, customer service targets, ancillary revenue, and on-time performance.
• Plan and deliver station start-ups, closures, schedule changes, aircraft and terminal changes, and infrastructure or service-provider transitions.

Requirements

• Degree-level education.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in a management capacity.
• Experience in aviation management is preferred.
• Ability to manage safety, security, quality, operational, financial, and regulatory requirements.
