What you will do

• Lead full-cycle executive searches for VP, SVP, and C-Suite roles.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR stakeholders to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies using professional networks, market intelligence, and executive research.
• Manage confidential candidate engagement and deliver a high-touch executive candidate experience.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and cultural fit assessments.
• Provide talent mapping and market insights for succession planning and organizational design, while supporting offer negotiations and compliance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in executive search, in-house or at a retained search firm, focused on VP-level and above.
• Strong understanding of global talent markets, particularly across the Americas.
• Senior-level stakeholder management, influencing, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches with discretion and urgency.
• Experience with market research, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced HR-related education or certifications are preferred.
