Senior Interior Designer

Location: Full-time, in-office position in Winter Park, Florida; must be located in the Orlando area. This is not a remote position.

High-end residential interior design firm creating timeless, layered, and highly detailed homes for local and national clients.

What you will do

• Collaborate daily with the Principal Designer and contribute to client presentation boards.
• Select and specify finishes, furnishings, accessories, and custom products across multiple projects.
• Manage vendor quotes, pricing, samples, client proposals, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate project execution from concept through final installation with workrooms, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Maintain the firm's aesthetic and brand identity while delivering exceptional client service.
• Improve project organization, operational efficiency, product knowledge, and industry expertise.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional residential interior design experience.
• Experience in an interior design firm or equivalent professional setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, design judgment, creativity, and customer-service skills.
• Collaborative, confident, and communicative approach to teamwork.

Nice to have

• Visual merchandising or sales experience with a luxury furniture or home furnishings brand.
