Tire and Battery Service Advisor (Automotive)

Location: Onsite at 1462 S Pacific Ave, Yuma, Arizona 85365, United States

Salary: $19.00–$27.00 per hour, plus possible premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Maintain safety, organization, stocking, merchandising, and compliance standards across the Tire and Battery Center.
• Monitor tire and battery orders, coordinate installation appointments, communicate changes, and recommend alternative fitments or services.
• Recommend tire and battery products, explain warranties, process purchases and returns, and resolve member concerns.
• Prioritize service-bay workflows, coordinate waiting members and appointments, and recommend adjustments to leads and technicians.
• Operate TBC equipment, complete vehicle service requests and documentation, and follow tire, battery, TPMS, hazardous-material, and equipment procedures.
• Use Sam's Garage, point-of-sale systems, handheld devices, and other digital tools to support sales, service, and team development.

Requirements

• Must work onsite at the Yuma, Arizona Sam's Club location.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to follow safety, security, legal, equipment, and service procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, empathy, and ability to handle challenging situations.
• Ability to use cash registers, process payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Nice to have

• Automotive service industry experience.
• Retail experience.
