Service Supervisor Full Time (Tire Bay)

Location: Henrietta, New York, United States; onsite retail role

Salary: $21.00–$26.25 per hour

What you will do

• Manage tire bay operations, staffing, schedules, sales, installations, repairs, and member service.
• Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate tire bay team members while building a safe and collaborative work environment.
• Perform and oversee tire mounting, dismounting, rotation, balancing, equipment operation, and propane tank fulfillment according to policy.
• Maintain tire bay cleanliness, merchandise displays, inventory, records, audits, checklists, and equipment orders.
• Monitor transactions, coordinate member tire needs with Home Office, and drive service, safety, and club performance standards.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Knowledge of tires, batteries, propane tanks, and tire bay equipment.
• Leadership experience including supervision, team training, and communicating results.
• Basic computer, interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire; ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance and work around vehicles, machinery, weather, and noise.

Nice to have

• High school diploma and/or college degree.
• Prior tire installation and sales experience.
• Level 400 certified technician status.
