Supply Chain Associate (Construction)

Location: Chicago, IL; regular commuting to an office or project site with occasional regional travel

Salary: $65,000–$88,000 per year

What you will do

• Review and prepare administrative documentation related to vendor proposals.
• Update vendor master agreement records, files, and web pages.
• Support asset management, basic business analysis, and simple reporting.
• Coordinate vendor engagement events and collaborate with project and business teams.
• Follow established sourcing standards and supply chain operating practices.
• Work under the mentorship and supervision of senior Supply Chain Management staff.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of business-related experience.
• Background in business management, financial management, supply chain management, vendor management, or asset management.
• Basic understanding of supply chain management, sourcing, contract management, and inventory management software.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PDF software, and general accounting systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a finance-related field is preferred.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM and commute locally to an office or project site.
