Supply Chain Leadership Development Program - Technical Track (June 2027) (Manufacturing): Rotating through business, manufacturing, and technical supply chain assignments while developing leadership capabilities, with an accent on process engineering, production supervision, quality, continuous improvement, and capital project management. Focus on solving operational problems, improving manufacturing processes, collaborating across functions, and taking on supervisory responsibilities.

Location: Primarily onsite in Alpharetta, Georgia, USA; the manufacturing rotation may require relocation to another U.S. hirify.global plant location. Travel is required for program activities.

Salary: $66,700–$118,700 in Zone A, $61,100–$108,800 in Zone B, or $55,600–$98,900 in Zone C per year, plus eligibility for incentive plans.

What you will do

  • Complete a three-year rotational leadership development program with three 12-month assignments across business, manufacturing, and technical supply chain functions.
  • Support logistics analysis, customer relationship management, order management, problem solving, solution implementation, and collaboration with customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Contribute to U.S. plant operations through process engineering, production supervision, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Develop technical expertise in quality, continuous improvement, global technical services, external manufacturing, or capital project management.
  • Complete leadership development programming, gain exposure to facilities and cross-functional teams, and pursue leadership experiences.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Recent or upcoming graduation from a four-year undergraduate university program.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or chemical engineering, or a relevant discipline.
  • Zero to one year of relevant post-graduation work experience.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Previous supply chain, engineering, or manufacturing internship or work experience is preferred; GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
